Egg plant or aubergine
I am provoked to write this after another disappointing trial of
an Indian recipe using eggplant (or aubergine if you will). I
don't much like Melanzane Parmigana either so I am not being
racist. The only eggplant recipe that I really like is the dip
Baingan Bhartha made with smoked roasted eggplant. Can anyone
come up with some ggod recipes?
