This is less multi cultural than *ANY* US city... As a friend of mine
say "there nothing wrong with the Americans.... it's the ones who put
them on the reservations...."
Very few in the USA can trace their American ancestry back 500 years...
Most are recent immigrants. In fact more of the long standing US
population is black... (there were very many slaves)
People like Jesse are in fact recent ethnic, mixed race, multicultural
immigrants.
Worst still given his mixed origins it is likely he was an economic
migrant (like the Mexicans today) doing a menial job.

But just try telling any immigrant supremacist like Jesse that they don't
'own their country' or telling a White Supremacist like Jesse that they
aren't de facto superior than blacks, non-whites, foreigners or immigrants
and they won't listen, let alone believe it.
I've never understood how immigrants, especially recent immigrants like
Jesse, can rail against other immigrants, especially those who have a more
established presence in a country. That to me shows an astounding lack of
objectivity and a total lack of critical thinking and logical analysis.

Given the times and circumstances, it may be they were fleeing Nazis or
Nazis fleeing rather than purely economic migrants.
Jesse has boasted that his German, first generation immigrant, ancestor was
proud to have serve his country and his frequent derogatory references to
"kikes" suggests his ancestry is not Jewish, though it could have been, or
perhaps they were communists, gypsies, gays or others persecuted by the Nazi
regime; his Nazi-like racism, xenophobia, supremacist, misogynistic,
anti-gay views may not be those of his ancestors.
America has had a mixed tolerance to Nazis, seemingly tolerating Nazi
communities and groups with the US and carrying on 'business as usual' with
Germany while war raged in Europe against Hitler. These days Nazis, White
Supremacists and far-right radicals are more likely to be seen by US
authorities as a potential terrorist threat on a par with, or worse than,
Islamic radicals. One thing for sure, they, Jesse included, don't seem to
have particularly pleasant views about nor tolerance towards others of
different race, colour or ideology.
