Is he dead yet ?   
Whats his name, that Libyan guy that you bartered away for some future 
oil rights ?
His life span was predicted to be 3 weeks, seems to me its been about that.

3 months. NOT 3 weeks.

Besides the evidence was suspect and had the appeal though* the US would
have been discredited again.

* The ONLY reason he was released was if he stopped his appeal. The
appeal would have shown the evidence used to convict had two features
1 it was unreliable or false
2 it came from US sources
