islamdin.com is one of the websites of Dokka Umarov's Islamist terrorist 
network. Anzor Astemirov is the "supreme shari'a judge" in that circle. He 
is the guy who signed a death sentence against Akhmed Zakaev al-Londonistani 
late last month. The gmail address given for Astemirov is probably 
authentic. My guess at his location would be Istanbul. From Network
