Yes, thanks. That threat looks like just fantasy, for several reasons. It 
was pumped up by NEIN to some extent, but it didn't get much attention from 
other enemy posters or from anybody on our side except NEIN.

But Breininger looks bad in every way. Lives depend on catching him in time.

AFAIK Breininger has no languages except German. Thus if he is acting alone 
in Europe, he won't find it easy to build a bomb or get a gun or whatever 
except in Germany or maybe Switzerland. His "letter of introduction" to the 
boys in South Waziristan probably came from a German-speaking gutter-imam. A 
German profile says Breininger "is easily influenced". I therefore suspect 
he is uncomfortable undercover alone, and either he will act soon or he will 
renew his connection in Germany.

Good.  I did check Internet Haganah but it had nothing as
far as I could see.

True. But could he do much there, not speaking English? And does he have 
anyone to hide him? His group IJU is basically Turkish with a German émigré 
component.

Wherever he is, the more publicity we give him, the better. Even while he is 
still at large, the publicity will pressure him to lie low. Big reward 
offers on guys like Zawahiri have a similar effect: They greatly reduce the 
number of people whom the suspect can trust, and they make him suspicious of 
people whom he already knows.
