I will too... the day I die...
It makes me wonder, makes me think... Why am I the only REAL conservative
Irishman posting here over the years? I get the occasional email (see below)
from people who tell me they read SCI but don't post and agree with me and urge
me on... I urge them to post, but few, if any do... And even then only a post
or two... No conviction! It's depressing that so many people support the man
in the front lines but are unwilling to stand up and be counted themselves!!!
I seem to be the self-elected standard bearer for Conservative Tradition and
Family Values against the rising tide of Liberalism and permissiveness...
I keep hoping for a tidal change... I stand alone now... Like a lighthouse...
I stand as a beacon and an icon... Hoping to draw more like minded people who
care about tradition and history and culture to my side... To fight side by
side with me against the evils of socialism and liberalism and the cancerous
effects they have on society...
Stand I will! Until that day I fall forever...

He's never repudiated that. The reason that nobody agrees with him - at
least here - is that it's very difficult to hold that many repugnant yet
contradictory views.

I love reading posts by people here all licking up to each other and back
slapping each other on how well they all think they know me... I can't help but
laugh at the liberal-elistist psycho-babble nonsense they post... And the truth
being that not one of them have ever even met me, let alone got to know me...
I don't get upset because they don't have the first clue what I'm really here
for and what my real agenda is.... Hell, they can't even tell if I'm for real
or am punking/trolling them...
Ignore these idiots... For they know not of who they speak...

No... I supported the fight for a United Ireland... I never supported the
leftist ideals of the SF... And now that the war is declared over, the IRA
having won the right for the people to determine their own destiny rather then
forever remain under British rule... I no longer support SF... Except their
nationalist policies... NOT their socialist ones...

Excuse me? Leaving aside the usual "YOUR a liberal" grammatical
catastrophe, can anyone really be stupid enough to think that you cannot
be a liberal and believe in God? Have you ever read the New Testament?
Jesus was the prototypical liberal agitator - challenging the status
quo, the established church, the financial institutions, and advocating
sharing wealth, not accumulating it, and turning the other cheek, not
blundering into Iraq. Don't see much sign of your average neocon BNP
voter there.
Your version of "Christianity" is a pitiful and pathetic thing.

He is in good company... Jack Straw visited the FARC, "as a sign of
solidarity". BBC interview, accessible on their website.
