Bacon Buttie
Four thick rashers of dry cure back bacon, fried chestnut mushrooms,
fried tomato and a runny fried egg on a toasted ciabatta with tomato
ketchup and Encona hot pepper sauce.
Is it possible to make a better bacon buttie than that?
