Whatever the author intended it to mean! If the writer made the word up,
thrn only he or she can know for sure. If you gave us some context, it
might bee possible to make a guess.

it's a made-up word for sure, but i'd like to know your first
impression, 'cause made-up words are rather difficult to make out for
someone isn't mother tongue .
