Good evening, all!

I'm planning on a career as a firefighter and one of the fitness tests I was 
told to prep for is called the "Chester Step Test"; I was also told that 
there is an audio file/tape associated with the test itself but was unable 
to find one online.

This being said, I was wondering if anyone might have either a link to a 
Chester Step Test mp3 or be able to e-mail me one - any assistance would be 
appreciated with thanks in advance!
