Liverpool hostel for sale
The four-star Liverpool hostel, described by YHA as "a new purpose
built hostel... ten minutes walk from the city centre" is already up
for sale.

How much did this hostel cost to build, and who paid for it? It's only
been open for a few years.

I beleive it's leased. I think the point is that it appears to be a
sucessful operation and in order to enlarge alternative premises are
needed. Aside from any opinions about is it the right type of hostel
to promote, it seems a sensible buisness decision.

If it's leased then fair enough. I see the new location is already in
the pipeline, part of a complex of budget hotels and drive-through
restaurants, in an area called the "Baltic Triangle" for anyone who
knows Liverpool? Yeeuk. McDoodleburger smells everywhere :-(
