If she marries me, she'll be convicted of murder and go to prison.
If she doesn't marry me, she'll be convicted of murder and go to prison.

Her deadline for a reply was noon yesterday.

She's entitled to the same treatment as any other murderer.  I wouldn't want 
to deny her that right.
