The British government is notorious for holding trials in secret. A
landmark decision of the European Court of Human Rights supported
Norman Scarth and condemned the British government:

Instead of being discouraged, the British carry out such trials "in
camera" MORE FREQUENTLY.

Somehow, the FLYING VET fell foul of the ruling gang. He was, at the
time, unaware of anything untoward in the British government. However,
as anybody will know who has reported to the authorities, things do
not turn out as expected. The authorities themselves were to blame.
Their guilty consciences led them to discredit informants. As is usual
in Britain, they turned AGAINST the informant. In this case Maurice
Kirk.

He has since suffered a whole series of episodes of persecution by the
authorities on frivolous charges.

The latest is that he bought a plane from a film company. It had a
decommissioned and triggerless Lewis gun. Maurice, the Flying Vet,
wanted the plane, not the gun, so he sold it.

Many months later, he was accused of possession of, and of selling, a
firearm. The previous owner was not accused, nor the new owner. This
is a clear case of bias.

That the weapon was useless was also ignored by the authorities.

Maurice was granted bail, but the police appealed and bail was denied.
Then the authorities put Maurice in prison. Maurice applied under
Habeas Corpus to appear in court, and request to be released.

A court appearance is a PUBLIC appearance.

The court decided on a VIDEO-LINK which they could CENSOR in violation
of the Scarth ruling (case no. 33745/96). So Britain is AGAIN in
default.

Meanwhile, as Maurice continues his HUNGER STRIKE, the case is
appearing in many Chinese websites.
