PLEASE - need help finding kitten
I live in California but have a very good friend who lives in the
Notting Hill area of London. He is physically disabled at 19 and it's
very hard for him to go out, and has almost no income. He is extremely
depressed and wants more than anything to have a kitten to raise.

Here in the US we have kittens coming out of our ears. I do rescue
work all the time (cats, kittens and ferrets) and could get him one in
a second ... but there's no way to get it to him. I am also disabled
and on a very limited budget ... and have been searching the internet
.... but can find no way to purchase a kitten for less than 40 pounds
.... which is $80 for me and just beyond my means. I have checked the
rescue associations and their adoption fees are also 40 pounds.

I think a ferret would be perfect as well ... but I don't have the
means to get him a cage or the set up he needs.

If ANYONE has any idea that might help, would you please post or send
me an email? This guy isn't going to be going out dating or partying
and desperately needs a little friend.

Thank you,
Helen
