State parks agency to appeal ruling on nude sunbathing at San Onofre

all rages on -- state parks officials filed a notice of appeal Wednesday 
to overturn an Orange County judge's recent ruling allowing visitors to 
Trail 6 at San Onofre State Beach to swim and sunbathe in the buff, a

German nudist vows to hike on after jail

03/09/2008: Reuters UK - 'A naked German hiker has vowed to carry on 
rambling in the nude despite spending 10 days in jail for breaking 
public nudity laws. Thomas Kranig, a spokesman for the administrative 
court in Ansbach, said Siegfried Grawert went to jail because he 
"refused to pay a fine of 500 euros (406 pounds) assessed for violating 
the public nudity code".…'
