Real signs of Spring?   
Here in Buckingham on Saturday 14th two signs of Spring:
1. Huge buff-tailed bumble bees bumbling about;
2. small white empty bird's egg left on a gravel bed.

Toads have been courting in the gardens here this week.
and the first Sand Martins, Wheatears and Chiffchaffs have been coming 
through
