Looking for an old RC book
Hi Folks,

Many years ago as a boy, I occasionally borrowed from the library a
facinating old book on Radio Control.

It was a British book and contained lots of wonderful home-brew valve
transmitters and receivers as well as rubber powered actuators, bang-bang
servos and tuned reed relays (I think).

But in particular it had a wonderful proportional system which used a
spinning cylinder with tapered brass segments (in the TX).

I would love to find a copy after all these years. That book got me started
in RC and electronics.

Can anyone remember that book?

Thanks in Advance ........... Zim
