I'm a relative novice, but confident and ambitious.

Looking to upgrade my current electric glider (Easy Pigeon, (rudder only) ).

I'm considering the Pelikan 'Elegant' or 'Grace' models, by Puffin-Models.
Someone also recommended their 'Filip 600'.

Anybody any experience of these models, or advice in general?

I definitely want ailerons, should I also be looking for flaps?
