We have set up a Google group called "Pokerization of Lottery" : http://groups.google.com.my/group/pokerization-of-lottery?hl=en . This is an announcement group. We target UK National Lottery, Canada Lotto 6/49 and Singaporepools TOTO 6/45. We make use of the Files provided by Google group to form a database for the above 3 lotteries. They are FREE for distribution.
