The Luck 649 site and system is new, and as a note I have been waiting a

long time to introduce such a system.  Although on a personal basis I have

been doing lottery analysis and play for about 20 years, I recently

stumbled into an effective system using a customized covering wheel,

coupled with some  proprietary programs I had written, that were utilizing

a large database of winning 6/49 numbers I had been gathered over the

years. 



That resulting system, essentially an unexpected development,  was given to

friends and acquaintances, and I started using it personally as well.  At

their insistence I have decided to release it to the public since now I

feel it offers many people a simple way to dabble in a lottery system

without much ongoing effort.  Often when using the system I am amazed at
