Narconon in Belgium(2):

Torgny Petersen is the director of the Hassela Educational Foundation,
Sweden. 

Hassela is a lunatic brainwashing cult which has much in common with
Scientology in the attitudes towards and methods it uses to 'rescue'
drug addicts. 

It doesn't surprise me that loons like Petersen and David Raynes would
gravitate towards nut job organisations like Scientology, or at least
be so dumb as to let themselves be used by them.
