Thanks to the fascist cockroaches in the UK government, that
unfortunate chap can look forward to enduring a lifetime of pain
without the benefit of cannabis to ameliorate it. Oh well, it's an
important signal to confused teenagers that we can only allow adults
to wreck their brain on alcohol. It would be a crazy world if we would
allow people to cultivate their favorite flowers. Just imagine....
