Does anyone know where I can buy Cushion Panels at trade or wholesale
prices?  Searched google but not much unless I subscribe to a wholesaler
website which I don't mind doing if the info is useful - anyone had
experience of this? Or can someone recommend a trade magazine to purchase
where I might find companies doing these item?

Fabric Guild, AKA Kisko Fabrics, sell at prices that other retailers 
complain about: they say that Fabric Guild sell to the public at lower 
prices that other retailers pay wholesale. I don't know how they do it 
but I'm happy to take advantage of it. They have cushion panels and 
co-ordinating prints.

I haven't been for a while but they used to also have good prices on 
silk dupion and polarfleece.
