large Maundy money collection
I am investigating ways to sell a large collection of Maundy money.
The collection was assembled by my father about twenty years ago and
includes a set of coins from every year except one that Maundy money
was issued between the years 1670 and 1990, about 230 sets in all. I
believe that the coins are generally in good or very good condition
They are being kept in plastic sleeves in a large binder. I am
considering consigning the collection to an auction company for sale
and I would appreciate
any advice on how best to do so. Is there a single best company or
auction that people recommend?
Thanks.

I would second that, and suggest also Baldwins, and or CoinCraft. As a
large collection, I would hope it would be sold in one piece, as such are
quite difficult to assemble.
