Speculating on the enigmatic Ned's motivation - (a) he's trying to be
helpful, or (b) he has some financial benefit in posting all of these
obfuscated URL links.  Pay per click maybe?  The fact that he hides
behind pseudonyms and changes ISPs a lot kind of makes the whole thing
suspect.
