nutrition
Hello.
First you guys will have to excuse my english, I'm not an English native
speaker : I'll try and do my best.

Here it goes : I'm looking for some products to replace the basic egg/
chicken/cottage cheese lunch. I thought of lentil : it looks very rich in
proteins. What do you think ?

Thanks !

The info I found suggest it's about 5% protein which is pretty low. It's
only rich in protein in regards to other vegetables.

My advice would be -- stick with the old favourites!
