Non retarded diet news
I reached my interim goal weight today, 2 weeks late. That being 14st.

I'll continue the diet on to my ultimate goal which is poster boy for
men's health. This will be a piece of piss and take around 3 months.
Probably sooner if I hit the clen.

On a lifting note, I'm lifting like some sort of demon. So well in fact,
I'm going to have a go at a 300lb bench in the next few months, whilst
dieting, just to piss you fat, weak fucks off.

The only fly in the ointment is my squat. Due to injuries of various
sorts, my squat has gone downhill. However, with some most excellent knee
bands (I recommend them bullster) I'm back on track.

Good work mate. I was at 14/4 Friday last aiming for 14/0 by 4th April (our
next holiday is on 6th).

Next target after that is 13/10 which is the weight I was at 12 years ago at
the time when I had just discovered squats/deadlifts/bench (IYKWIM)

JD, I foresee one MASSIVE problem. You may end up lean and mean but you will
undoubtedly still be an ugly mofo!

That's not bad (rather good actually). I've not benched for 6 months or so
now preferring inc d/bell press as my chest exercise of choice. Gonna
alternate with BP after my hols though.

Implying it was somewhere up the hill to start with ?!?!? I've got back up
to 3 plates for my working weight, albeit only for the final set and only
for 6 reps.

Back on track meaning what? You've managed 2 plates for 6 reps??? Which knee
bands did you buy? Do they come with instructions (seriously)?

Annoyingly handsome is the phrase you're groping for.

heh, unlike your good self, I'm up it, not over it.

Olympic bar?

Currently it's around 120kg, 3 sets of 5. I'm going deep and I've got rid
of the bit of wood I used to stand on to raise my heels.

Are the cheapest I found (taking delivery into consideration). They do
have instructions, not many tho, there's not much to them.
They are _really_ good.

I've also videoed myself to check form etc. Excellent form on most and I
need to correct some other. I can recommend doing that as an exercise too
bullster.

With a standard bar. Apparently they do make them and they are quite
normal, hence the name.

They won't be as good sunshine. Trust me, buy them, you'll love 'em.
