Supplement review.
BSN NO-Explode.... just about says it all, No explode, no nothing!
Sci-MX Onmi-MX .... blinding. Not particularly from a results basis, but as a
cracking alternative to Maximuscle Cyclone. Finally a something that exceeds MM
Cyclone spec on ingredients, taste, consistency and value for money.
Also... dare I say... available from us at 35% off retail to entice or convert
hardened Cyclone or Tempest or Hurricane or typhoon, or swirly-wind users.

Is HMB "legal" (again)? Wasn't there a time when it wasn't?

Don't really know what happened with HMB
I expect it fell into the realms of "herbal medicine" then fell out again.
It's always been in Cyclone though.
Technical rules with regards to "herbal medicines" pretty much comes down to
whether the herb has been used traditionally for more than 7 years prior to the
date at which the herbal medicines rule came in, so stuff like St johns wort,
Ginseng etc were safe. Newer substances were exempt if the doses had zero
physiological effects (a useless dose)
Reflex got around the law with regards to their Sida Cordifolia complex by
changing the suggested dose on the label to a non-effective dose which is why I
still have a dose double to that printed on the label on our web site.

Source of ephedra. Bit like Ma-Huang but not Ma-huang.
So a strong CNS mostly know as a "fat loss" supplement but under the herbal
medicines regulations you are not allowed to give such preparations any
indication as to the use of the herb.
Hence it's all "(name of herb) Complex"
