The top4 places to do exercises at!
The best way to build your abs, is in my opinion to do push-ups and
sit-ups. But when do you have time for these? Let's see.
1. While watching tv. It's great to do some sit-ups while watching
your favourite series on tv. Time flies and you don't even notice that
you are exercising!
2. In bed. This might not be a good idea if you are really sleepy. But
I like to do this if I am not so tired when I go to bed. I'm sure that
you will be after few hundred sit-ups. The only minus here is that
your bed is gonna be pretty sweaty..
3. At work. Eh, really depends on where you work. Might not be a good
idea in most of the workplaces, really depends on what you do and
where. I work at home. It's perfect to do some push-ups when I have my
break.
4. Sauna. Well, most of you probably don't have a sauna. But In my
country there are plenty. You are already sweaty in sauna and there is
nicely warm so it's perfect place to do some sit-ups. Just watch out
not to get fainted!

This is what happens when you take crack.

This has to be one of the more bizarre posts I have ever read here.

Why situps? They activate the abs only in a static manner. There is very
little actual flexion or extension. They are simply placed under static
tension, while the hip flexors are actually worked dynamically. Situps
are an extraordinarily wasteful endeavor.

If you don't notice that you are exercising, you are not exercising with
any significant level of intensity, now, are you?

Okay, let's just say that situps have some sort of value, that they are
not merely a waste of time and effort. Now, why would you ever do
several hundred reps of any exercise? Let's assume that situps help
build killer abs (They don't, but let's give you a bone here, what the
hell.) In what way are abs different from other muscles? Why do you
typically hit delts or gastrocs or pecs or glutes or erectors or lats or
quads or hamstrings or triceps or whatever, with a handful of sets with
7 to 10 reps per set, but work abs with "a few hundred" reps? Abs are
just ordinary mortal natural this-worldly unremarkable plain regular old
muscle. Train abs just like any other muscle.

That is pretty stupid. Actually, it is pretty dangerous. Check your
pulse after 20 minutes in a properly heated sauna, at rest. What do you
think you will have after any sort of exercise, in the same environment?
Do you realize that heat exhaustion is potentially fatal, and that if
you lose consciousness in a sauna unnoticed by others, that you will
probably die?

Actually, I have some Three Stooges episodes I have not watched in quite
some time. I will have to put your blog a bit further down the list, I'm
afraid.
