This is a brand new and un-issued MXU-163/P pilot's knee board, made by 
Precision Polymer mfg inc

It's a particularly good design because it has a sculpted back and is 
narrow enough to fit in any cockpit.
It has a built-in pencil sharpener and 2 pencil holders.
There are spring clips top and bottom so it's easy to separate VFR/IFR 
approach plates from the PLOG. The strap is elasticated and adjustable.
Plus, it has a light with a brightness control.
