SAFETY: credit where it's due - Peltor service
I'd bought two sets of Peltor Tactical 6S electronic ear muffs recently.
In fact, these were additional sets as I already have a set. Whilst I'm
writing, I'll say that the Peltor electronics are superior to all
cheaper brands that I've come across, faster response and clearer sound.

Anyway, one of the sets had a faulty on/off switch upon arrival. Now, I
am in England and I'd ordered these from the US. So when I contacted
Peltors people (via their Sweden website) they said "that product isn't
sold in the UK but the US, and your recourse is to the retailer from
whom you bought them". Which, in law, is true. But they went on to
say, "send them here and we'll fix them".

I sent them by post middle of last week and they were delivered back
here today, repaired and with new battery sets included. At no charge.
And they weren't responsible for the repair either.

So in summary, excellent product and excellent service. :-)
