Hi all,

I recently ordered a liferaft and cradle from marine megastore. I had
delivery
problems, billing problems (got overbilled and charged for products I
didn't order) and
got shipped a cradle with a strap  that doesn't work. Their customer
service is horrible.
They don't reply to their e-mails and the people on their online chat
don't follow through
on their commitments.

Has anyone had similar problems with them? I'm wondering if there's
basis for a legal
action.

Has anyone ordered from marinestore.co.uk? Are they any better as an
online retailer?
