OT:MS Project Question
I'm sure I must be missing something obvious here...

I've inherited a programme plan and would really like to see at a
glance in the task sheet which dates have been manually entered and
which have been calculated. Is there any way to persuade MS Project to
show me?

Thanks.

Was that a deliberate typo? :)

You need to ask?

On a more serious but no more helpful note, I've never got on with
Microsoft Project as whenever I've asked it to do anything trickier than
a couple of bars on a gantt the results are rather unpredictable [1].

Oracle Primavera seems to be far better in this regard, but it's a tad
more expensive, and the fact that I've got a team of planners that know
how to drive it effectively certainly helps.

[1] Other than me being able to predict that I'm going to say "I didn't
expect it to do that"
