It does mention the 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, as opposed to the
528 MHz Qualcomm which is a bit sluggish when it has lot of things
to do (I have the bastard in my X1, so I know).

That is a problem, true. But look on the bright side, the price of "new,
shiny" gear will drop rapidly as even newer and shinier stuff appears. :-)
I'll probably change my X1 to Touch HD2, when the latter becomes old
news and the price drops.
