The doris sorted out contents cover with the AA (backed by Royal Sun 
Alliance)...

...and a claim involved phoning them up, giving them a list of what 
needed replacing (and a crime reference for the theft). One quick chat 
with the supplier later I should have a garage full of shiny Britool, 
Draper and Facom kit in the next few days. The only delay has been 
because we went on holiday after putting the claim in.
