Holiday minisynopsis.
Wing ran well - it's so much nicer to ride with a working clutch.
Downside was increased fuel consumption.
Set off Friday night, and rode straight through.
Usual route: A26/A1/Paris/A10/N10/D947
Slobbed about for six days.
Sis-in-law has acquired an abandoned cat (and two kittens)
Can almost "understand" cat owners now. Almost.
Set off Sat 9 am, arrived home around 1am.
Different route: courtesy of Garmin.
D947/N10/A10/A28/A13/Rouen/A28/A16.
The A28 near Le Mans is new, empty, and quite soulless.
Egg Money cards work in autostations. Thankfully.
Autoroute Tolls came to over 90 euros for the round trip.
Non-smoking came to an end after a week, whist waiting for the ferry
out.
Non-shaving was abandoned yesterday, as I looked like an old English
sheepdog.
Wing now up to 99,843 miles.

Ye gods - glad I didn't witness that.

Hmmm. I'll let you off that one, cos you're poorly.
And correct.
