I think she should clarify if that's all you need to dial from inside
the office. Is it not prefixed with 9 so one would need to dial 9999?
And surely, just so that everyone is covered, they should set up
internal shortcodes so that if anyone DOES dial 9911 it will still
direct them to the emergency services? Much like if someone just
dialed 999, 112 or 911 without prefixing it in a panic without
thinking? It could save valuable seconds, after all?
