Why some folk bother?
Just did the Kirby Lonsdale run again early this morning to see what the
road was like with no traffic on it. Well, the road is great, but some
fucking bikers are unreal. Clear road, a bit hazy early morning mist but
fuck all & there where tons of the fuckers plodding on at 40mph, in groups &
solo.

They even fucking flashed me 'cos i overtook one group doing 50mph?

I'm not one of these silly reckless 'overtake at all costs' either, but I do
like to at least get the tyres warm.

I came back the A59 via Harrogate & thats quite a decent road in parts.;

Trouble is, for a fair proportion of road users (including me more often as
I'm getting older) it's not 'all about speed'. It's great that you enjoy
hooning around as fast as you want but I and others might like to enjoy more
than the sight of the tarmac coloured vanishing point during our rides out.

Just my two pennies worth :-)

There is that. What I don't understand is why some people on perfectly good
bikes seem to like sitting in traffic jams rather than filtering.

Exactly, so why are these pillocks on sportbikes & not sit up & beg shite?

They should be thrown in fucking jail for riding a motorcycle at that speed
;)

Well, your pennies are worth fuck all mate. These cunts are holding fucking
cars up ffs. There's aways one cunt at the front like what the fucking
Harley cunts have with dayglo on. I would rather surrender my licence than
ride at these speeds. Next time one of them flashes me for doing a perfectly
legal overtake I'll stop & push the myopic twat off his iron horse. I could
run faster than these twats ride.

I wouldn't care, most of 'em are on sporsbikes or big nakeds.

 Is that up the A65?

Heh - Coming back over the tops from Alston last weekend, someone caught me up
on a long straight, then just hung in behind me - which I hate, so I kept
waving him past, and he sat there, until I practically came to a stop, when he
went past, but then the fucker was going slower than me through the twisty

Almost impossible - it's finely honed.

OTOH your command of the language would benefit from some work. Try learning

As a starting point look up 'aneurism'.

No cars on it, it's good. But the twats I have come across on the road think
it's theirs & no-one elses.

Boring folk, let 'em have it.

The A59 was miles faster & better, I even mono'd past a caravan ;)
