Being over 2m defeats the main reason for me geeting this type of van as I 
could still not park it on many car parks

I found many that stated 2 metres were just enough over to squeeze 
underneath - it was the ones at 6ft (1.8m) which were the problem.

Some newer VW conversions are 1.99m high.  They were designed expressly to
fit into the lower motorway tariffs.

All those I found to meet my criteria a] and b] had only porta potti at 
best, not a cassette toilet.
If you know of some new or newish models that meet all three criteria please
