Head Rests
I have a motor caravan based on a Peugeot Boxer van and want to remove
the head rests to fit seat covers. The rest will lift off the seat
by about an inch and no amount of pushing or pulling will move it
further. Does anyone know the secret?

Usually there is a part of the plastic socket which you press while
pulling up the headrest.
