Autocruise - really gone bust?
Can anyone post a link to a reliable web site carrying information about
Autocruise and whether or not they have gone belly up?
I had a quick google last night and didn't turn very much hard evidence
up, just mutterings on forum sites.

I did read somewhere that the Swift group had taken them over.

Correct,
Autocruise still in business and are now part of the Swift Group, which also
includes Swift, Bessacar & Ace.
Far from going oiut of business they seem to be making more new models,
especially the larger coachbuilts on the new Fiat Ducato X2/50 chassis.
You could simply buy a copy of MMM or PMH and see their advertisment pages
or go to http://www.autocruise.co.uk/pages/newsevents.php#

O dear, been bought by swift is probably worse than going bust ! Autocruise
were not a bad product but now with swift in charge they will be leaking
water within a couple years. Not to mention swifts customer care (or lack of
it)

Only time will tell!
As a recent convert to Motorhoming and an Adria owner with no personal
experience to owning or using other brands (apart from chatting with other
ownres when at campsites) I can't comment.

Have Swift really improved that much? 2 years without leaking sounds a
bit far fetched to me.
