Hi,
I am organising a large conference in Edinburgh Set 16-20 and my wife 
and I would like to spend the week after relaxing away from it all:
Not too far from Edinburgh (we will have car)
Some fishing (trout, river or still), preferably within walking distance.
Could be self catering or a pub/inn (not too expensive)

Any thoughts?
