Cost of a standard "Fixed Installation Post" GATSO Ca. £20k.

Cost of a new online electronic speed camera Ca. £100k. 

On the advice of our accountants I have just had to close our office
staffed by one secretary on her own which was costing us £26k / annum 

A speeding ticket office could not work like that, the mailer-outer of
NIPs & evidence would have to be supervised and both clerical officer
and supervisor would need coverage for sick & holidays.

In reality multiply this by about 20, -Oh I forgot, you also need
someone on a fat cat salary at the top.

Pay the NIP, it's cheap at half the price ...
