If someone campaigns for policies which they know to be killing
people, and their campaigning contributes to the implementation of
that policy, then I don't think any sane person would disagree that
they are therefore a murderer by proxy.  Saddam and Hitler may never
have murdered anyone directly, but they knowingly supported policies
which they knew would kill unbelievable numbers of people.  Therefore,
they were murderers by proxy, and no sane person would disagree.

Crapman campaigns on behalf of speed cameras, which kill people.  I
believe that he knows that they kill people, as this is abundantly
clear from the content and style of his posts over the years.  If he
didn't believe that cameras killed people, he wouldn't feel the need
to be so evasive, underhand and deceitful whenever he was defending
them.  He would just tell it how it was without all the dishonest
tactics.

So, he campaigns on behalf of speed cameras, and he knows they kill
people.  In other words, he knowingly supports a policy which he knows
is killing thousands of people.  Therefore, he is a murderer by
proxy.  You can disagree (or pretend to disagree) that Crapman knows
that cameras kill people, but what is indisputable by anyone with any
intelligence is that IF he knows that cameras kill people, THEN he is
a murderer by proxy.  You know it.  I know it.  He, the murderer,
knows it.
