Nahhhhhh" Normal bank whitewash!  He knows he can't answer the question 
so he's trying to answer a different one instead!

A lesson to be learnt for lots of people, him, not to try and fudge the 
issue ( maybe he hasn't learnt yet, but he will , soon), me; don't try 
and type letters and read newsgroups at the same time.
