tv reception in Norfolk
Is it as bad as Suffolk almost none even with huge satellite dish which we
don't have, locals used them, or being nearer Norwich is it any better?

Just returned from a Norfolk Broads boating holiday most locations got
analogue BBC 1 & 2 , ITV! and Ch Four.
So see no reason a caravan should not, guess digital might be ok but you
will have to try.

satellite?

Huge satellite dish, I don't quite follow....
Reception of satellite will be broadly similar throughout the UK, with
signals becoming slightly weaker the further north you go in the UK and
the further south you go beyond the UK's boundaries. So Norwich is well
placed for a good strong signal.

You will love it, well 99% do.
If you must have TV on, most people do not turn on, you might also find boat
has DVD player and CD player, read your boat spec.

We have been a few times out of season. Very enjoyable, quiet and
cheaper, but I suspect it would be quite busy in season.

Re: tv reception in Norfolk
My son hired the boat my son doesn't do television, but the grandchildren
like it in the caravan, at present we have an analogue tv and an aerial
fixed in the caravan roof , I think it is called status, and a couple of
other portable aerials we take and use as and when, we would like to update
our system to something more modern and which hopefully would work in places
like Woodbridge, Suffolk, which is notorious for poor reception due to the
trees and RAF bases around it seems.
What can you suggest
It has to be subscription free as we do not get away as much as we would
like till next year when we semi-retire.
Thanks
Liz
