electrical problem
I have noticed that the central pin on the caravan electrical plug
(grey lead) has been getting very hot, in fact the plastic has melted
around the pin and the same has happened on the socket on the tow bar.
Any ideas? Pete

It can be made worse by a poor connection - its worth opening up the central
pin with a screwdriver from time to time.

Hi Geoff,

Just poked my nose in for a quick look round and saw your post. I sold
Towbars & Trailers over 2 years ago, but it's nice to see they've kept the
info on the site, and to see that it's still being referred to!
