Every CL or CS is required by the clubs to have three things a supply
of fresh water, a place to dispose of rubbish and a chemical emptying
point. On many CL's this is simply a septic tank but they work very
well.
We frequently use sites that only have the very basic facilities and
in mid summer actually prefer it if we can find a site where we are
not required to pay for electrics as the battery does at least as good
a job.

Does the site in question have a chemical waste point?
I don't need electric hook-up, and have never used it. I consider a
toilet to be a basic requirement, however, even if it's an unlit spider-
infested privy.
