Boundary Dispute - trespassing items
I'm a party to a boundary dispute caused by the neighbour digging up a hedge
and fence marked on the deeds as being my own and causing other damages to
my property on my side of those. It has dragged on aimlessly for many years,
more than 6, but at least the actual position of the boundary is becoming
clearer following a mapping out of the properties by a surveyor.

My current issue is not with the resolution of the boundary which what to do
about trespassing items namely trees and fences planted or erected by the
neighbour on my side of it. As he did all this over 6 years ago I believe I
am out of time to claim damages but who pays for the costs of removal of
them now assuming we agree the actual boundary position?

Ideally I want to encapsulate everything in the one agreement with the other
side covering the boundary agreement and all reparations and I don't want to
go off half-cocked and agree just the boundary and be left stuck on the
other aspects if he claims those are now problem as I'm out of time.

Any suggestions?
