Super injuctions
With all the news about the injunction preventing the Guardian
publishing the Minton report and the injunction itself being secret.
What prevented another News Paper publishing? Would there have been
injunctions against all the papers all of which were secret or was the
injunction so wide reaching that it covered everyone?

Could you be held in contempt of court for breaking an injunction the
contents of which you did not know? So if a blogger had picked up on
this, as they did, could they have been held in contempt?

Typically injunctions apply to the parties named, and to anyone aware of
it. So the trick is to remain unaware.

This one appears to be no different.
