Using (L.Aid) How many ?
Dear Legal Eagles

Is there anyone out there in the legal profession that can state for the record what is the lower or upper limit for the average person to be able to use the Legal Aid system if they really need to. Is it say a minimum of three strikes and that's that.

Many Thanks

Robert

No rule like that at all, no. If the person has a valid claim, that
meets the merits test, and they meet the means test, then they have a
right to legal aid.

What's the context?
